An 8-week guided journey to lasting change

The MindSky program offers a self-guided experience grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral science. Over 8 modules, you’ll gain tools to understand your patterns of anxiety and depression, learn how to change them, and build habits to sustain improvement.

• 60-90 minutes per week

• 8-12 weeks total duration

Modules activate progressively every 7 days, allowing you time to learn, practice, and progress. After completing the program, the app continues supporting you with suggested exercises and meaningful content.
